We use Hallmaster to manage our bookings and there are further pages with information on using that system. You can telephone 01227 765612 and speak to our wardens Helga and David or you can make a written enquiry using the contact us section. You are welcome to arrange a viewing to discuss suitability for your group.

We wish to share our Meeting House and the gardens with other organisations. We hope you will bear in mind that the building was designed to serve as a place of worship for Quakers.
Facilities
There is a small servery with cups and saucers, plates, some cutlery, a refrigerator and kettle and basic facilities. Use of the servery is included with bookings each room. Storage is very limited and only considered for regular bookings. A flipchart board is available. We also have an NHS grade air virus killer in the largest room.
Access for those with impaired mobility
There is a slope with handrail to one side to gain access to the building. Toilets are on the ground floor and include one with wheelchair access and grab rails; this room also has a baby changing shelf. The ground floor is step free with 2-leaf doors to two of the meeting rooms.
Hearing Loop System
Each room is fitted with an audio induction loop for the hard of hearing; those wearing a hearing aid should turn the setting to T.
Fast broadband wifi is installed with a screen in each room to show presentations or for remote participation via zoom.
We have installed a defibrillator available 24/7 for any local need.
Charges
Room hire charges are revised annually. Regular users should enquire about changes towards the end of the calendar year.
